The rough times!

Well with today's horrible economy getting worse by the minute I am here to try to help people to save money.

Two big mistakes: One people think that home insurance amounts are supposed to equal how much they owe to the bank. Two many people do not review their home insurance once it has been set up; even for years.

You must insure your home to its replacement value; meaning how much will it cost to rebuild your home should you lose it completely in a fire? With todays prices of wood and plumbing materials alone the prices are increasing quickly. You should review your home insurance coverage to be sure you have the correct protection. Alot of consumers believe it is taken care of and find out after it is too late that only 80% of the home replacement costs are covered on the insurance policy. So if it takes $225,000 to rebuild your home and you are only covered with 80% then you are liable for the other $45,000 or more.

Also many people are paying too much for their home insurance because they purchased it through the lender and assumed it was the best deal. This is not true! I recommend getting several quotes from several different insurance sources and ask to see the quotes to be sure you are getting an honest price. You need to compare prices with the exact same coverage you currently have to the new prices.

If you have your home insurance set up through your house payments (escrow) then all you do is have your new insurance agent transfer the coverage with no out of pocket expense to you. Once your escrow is adjusted with the lower home insurance payment your monthly house payment can be adjusted.

Online Networking

I have been in the online networking I wouldn't say business, but education phase since December 2007. I have increased my revenue slowly, but the keyword is increased. I have found some sites that I thought would work out ok and some that bombed. I have definately recieved payment from some and others are a slow go. But with patience and perseverience I will succeed. I would like everyone to know about the sites that I use to get referrals for networking sites that pay as well as for pay per clicks sites, reading emails, surveys (only the ones that require no purchase) and more. They are all listed in my favorites and I would love it if everyone checked them out and gave me an opinion of them. They are all free to join of course, some pay $5 or $10 just for joining.

Success can be achieved

I really believe in helping people if I can. I have been an insurance agent for about 5 years now and I have helped so many people save money or advised them how to find the best insurance rates elsewhere if I was unable to. If you start out being good to people and treating each and every person you meet with respect and of all things relax and speak as a person not all that legal mumbo jumbo you really can gain trust and friendships both personally and professionally.

I had over 300 customers in my previous office and each and everyone of them were special. The hardest part of leaving my job (this is another subject) was leaving them. I knew them, their children, their homes, and the type of car they had and the type of car they really wanted. Each phone call was not about business but about saying hello and then seeing what I could do to help them.

The good news is that if any of them were to find me here at my new office I could without a doubt make them my customer again and truth be told I would love to. My work email is Deb@acurateins.com. I may not be able to legally write a policy for the first term of coverage due to insurance laws and clauses but I can definitely be their agent and help them as I did before.
